Take an amazing group of people, party club lighting, Music with an irresistible beat, get your boxing gloves and pads on then your ready to move, punch, kick, squat and bounce to the beat and have a blast.

Beatbox is not a choreographed class so your always learning new techniques and every set is different with a mix of punching, kicking, exercises and more its sooo much  fun, you go at a pace that suits you with a little encouragement to push yourself you'll be enjoing it so much you wont even realise how hard you've worked.

All equipment is supplied and instruction given so all you need to do is book in and come along.
